Alexa Krajewski, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than a decade of experience in family medicine, acute care, and critical care. As a Plastic Surgery Physician Assistant at The Plastics Atelier, she works alongside Dr. Bradley Hall in the operating room, bringing a strong clinical foundation and a thoughtful, collaborative approach to surgical care.

She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2014, following a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Alexa began her career in rural family medicine before transitioning to acute and critical care at Nebraska Medicine. Her experience caring for patients in medical, surgical, and neuroscience intensive care units strengthened her clinical judgment, procedural skills, and attention to detail. She also served as an Advanced Practice Provider Supervisor, leading a team of 25 providers and supporting their professional development.

Alexa’s Philosophy

Alexa’s approach centers on compassion, clear communication, and understanding the person behind each procedure. Her background in critical care has reinforced the importance of thoughtful preparation, close collaboration, and careful attention to each patient’s individual needs. At The Plastics Atelier, she brings these principles into the operating room, supporting Dr. Hall and the surgical team in delivering attentive, coordinated care.

Outside of the clinic, Alexa enjoys life with her husband, John, and their daughter, Isla. She loves traveling, discovering new restaurants, and enjoying a good glass of wine—with the occasional run mixed in.
