Financial Investment for Surgery
To book a surgery at The Plastics Atelier:
Surgical estimates are good for three months after a consult. If a deposit to reserve a surgery date is not received by this time, pricing may increase if you return at a later date to book surgery.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a surgery date and lock in your pricing.
The remaining balance is due three weeks prior to surgery. All provider time, anesthesia, & facilities fees, and supplies are non-refundable after this date.
Payment Modes Accepted:
+ Cash, Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer.
+ Credit Card: No additional fee charged to patient
+ Financing through PatientFi or CareCredit
+ Outside Financing of your choice
In Person Consultations: $100
Virtual Consultations (for patients too far to drive): $250
Consultation fees are applied to your surgery deposit.
