2. Wedge Technique (Preferred): Removes a V-shaped section from the thickest part of the labia, preserving the natural edge and color.

3. Combination/Clitoral Hood Reduction: Labiaplasty is often combined with a reduction of the clitoral hood to ensure the entire area appears balanced, proportional, and smooth.

• Anesthesia: Typically performed under local anesthesia to ensure you are relaxed and pain-free throughout the procedure. General anesthesia is available but is rarely needed. Most patients tolerate the procedure very well under local anesthesia. During this procedure Dr. Hall and his nurse will ensure you are comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
