Sara Greisen, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over two decades of healthcare experience and a dedicated focus in Advanced Medical Aesthetics. She earned her Master’s degree from University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2003, graduating with distinction. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, she graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University’s Accelerated BSN program and practiced as a cardiac and critical care registered nurse, building a strong clinical foundation rooted in safety and precision.

Sara began her training in aesthetic medicine in 2011 and has devoted the past five years exclusively to Medical Aesthetics. She specializes in cosmetic injectables, advanced laser resurfacing, skin rejuvenation, and customized anti-aging treatment plans designed to create natural, balanced results. She is proud to practice at The Plastics Atelier, the first in Nebraska to offer the Sciton TRIBRID™ laser, reflecting the practice’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

A self-described perfectionist, she believes aesthetic treatments should enhance each patient’s unique features while maintaining authenticity and facial harmony. Her goal is always refined, natural-looking results delivered with professionalism and integrity.

Outside of the clinic, Sara enjoys life with her husband, Brett West, and their blended family of four adult children. They love traveling to warm destinations in the winter and spending summers embracing lake life.
